My career spans innovation, design, media, international development and education.

I specialise in strategic design, innovation, systems thinking, facilitating, and helping teams to develop the creative confidence and practices they need for future success.

I’ve worked as a practitioner around the world designing and implementing projects and innovation solutions for businesses, public organisations, non-government organisations, international development agencies and the tertiary education sector.

I have delivered courses and seminars at several universities including the Hertie School of Governance, Hamburg Media School, University of Sydney, and the University of Technology Sydney, and been a guest speaker at festivals including the Sydney Festival, VOCER Innovation, re:publica, and the International Journalism Festival in Perugia.

Drawing upon my experience in journalism and media innovation, I have led training workshops and mentored professionals around the world through international development agencies such as Thomson Foundation, BBC Media Action, IREX Europe and DW Akademie.

I’m also a certified LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® facilitator and a co-organiser of the #LSPMeetup in Berlin.
